Alfonso joined Coldwell Banker, know now as CB Richard Ellis, in the early 80’s, shortly after graduating from UBC. He was trained by and had the opportunity to work with some of the best commercial real estate agents in Vancouver. Alfonso has since specialized in the sales and leasing of commercial real estate on the North Shore. He began his career when the city was just beginning to develop its modern high tech industrial parks and facilities. Notable sales early in his career include 15 acres to Cannell Studios now known as Lions Gate Studios and the old Kodak Facilities, located on the corner of Keith Road and Brooksbank. Alfonso was also instrumental in conceptualizing Capilano Business Park the first business park on the North Shore. Now with 25 years of experience behind him, Alfonso brings an incomparable talent to the negotiation table. Most recent sales, leasing and development sites include: 150 west 15th Street, high-rise assembly site. Creekside Business Park at 3rd and Fell Avenue, two high tech buildings over 60,000sq.ft.
