Alfonso Pezzente was born and raised in North Vancouver. He has watched the city mature and develop into the beautiful community it is today.
In 1981 Alfonso obtained a Bachelor of Commerce form the University of British Columbia, with a major in Urban Land Economics and Finance. He covered a multitude of areas in his studies, such as land law, real estate financing and urban economics.
Already experienced in real estate management and development, Alfonso joined CB Commercial in August of 1984, where he specialized in leasing and sales. He was one of the top producers at CB for many years, earning the distinction of being rookie of the year in his first year of sales. He was also one of the top ten producers in Canada for CB Commercial in 1990.
Alfonso joined Sutton Group West Coast Realty in the fall of 1992. He achieved top producer status with Sutton ni 1993 and 1994. During that time he specialized in the sale properties on the North Shore. Following his move to West Real in 1998, Alfonso continued to strive for excellence. In 2001 he achieved the Medallion Club Summit with GMAC, exceeding 3 million dollars in residential sales listings. In 2002 he received the Sapphire Medallion by GMAC for Gross Commission Income.
Alfonso recently rejoined Sutton Group and continues to specialize in sales on the North Shore. His broad spectrum of experience includes construction management, property management, project marketing and rezoning property.
Alfonso brings an extensive amount of knowledge and experience to all of his dealings. He believes in clients for life and places their success as his top priority, as part of his side of that deal.
Jon Pezzente has always called North Vancouver home. Growing up in the community has fostered a deep pride in Jon, which he now extends to his career.
He graduated from Saint Thomas Aquinas High School and was licensed by the British Columbia Real Estate Association in 2003. Jon started his career with Westreal Realty and was a part of Sotheby’s International Realty before joining Sutton Group West Coast Realty early 2007.
Jon has gained a wealth of experience in project marketing and negotiation through the handling and sale of over 50 townhouses at Seascapes in West Vancouver as well as a 39 unit condominium building in Squamish and continues to work on developments. He skillfully puts to use this well earned knowledge for his clients; their best interests of course, being his number one priority. His abilitly to master new marketing techniques is an asset to his loyal clients.
